    Community Resource Initiative’s Board and Committee members play a critical role in the short-term and long-term success that will allow our mission to be achieved. Our boards and committees are key stakeholders who play a very important role in both actively raising awareness and funding for the agency.

Other ways to get involved

Get involved as a volunteer at Community Resource Initiative. Whether you help out at an event or through an internship, you’ll become part of a community that enables us to serve so many. We welcome volunteers with a variety of skill sets.

Office volunteers

We welcome volunteers in our Charlestown office. Help us on a regular or occasional basis with office support, database management, development tasks, and mailings.

Event volunteers

Throughout the year, Community Resource Initiative presents and is involved in community and fundraising events. Join us as we develop, plan, and participate in talks, parties, conferences, and performances.

Internships

Community Resource Initiative provides internship opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students who wish to learn more about HIV/AIDS, HCV, public health, research, nonprofit management, or fundraising and development. Supervision and documentation can be provided in cooperation with your academic institution.
